We adhere to the principle of "customer-oriented, quick win" to provide customers with the most timely and effective services.

 

We provide customers with a one-stop service that integrates pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services, including overall planning, equipment configuration, installation and construction, operation training, biosafety systems, manure treatment, and equipment maintenance.

24-hour dedicated personnel on duty
  • Ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer service requests 24 hours a day, in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • After the installation team completes the installation, a dedicated person will be assigned to strictly follow the acceptance standards for acceptance. Once the purchaser signs, it will be deemed as qualified acceptance.
  • Two days before the customer places the duck, the after-sales engineer goes to the duck farm to debug the equipment and assist the customer in placing the duck to ensure a smooth process.
  • After serving the duck, the after-sales engineer guides the customer in using various equipment at the duck farm until the breeder has three or four sessions before leaving the farm.
  • Three qualities: principles, understanding of processes, and sexual construction.
  • Four Skills: Able to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and handle accidents
